Modern Dairy’s journey began in 1956 with a small lassi shop called Shyam Sundar Dairy, founded by Late Shyam Das Valiram Bhagtani. With limited resources but unwavering determination, the foundation was built on hard work, honesty, and survival.
From borrowed benches to operating in the most basic conditions, life was far from easy. Growing up in a large family with financial challenges, education and daily needs were constant struggles. Despite hardships, strong values and discipline shaped the early years.
This phase was not just about business — it was about resilience, responsibility, and the will to rise above circumstances.
